Role OverviewThe Pre-Sales Manager will lead and manage the pre-sales (inside sales/telecalling) team within the real estate sector, ensuring effective lead management, high-quality customer engagement, and strong site visit conversion support for the sales team. This role is critical in driving funnel efficiency, lead quality, and revenue outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management- Lead, train, and manage the pre-sales team with prior real estate exposure.
- Allocate leads and define daily calling and follow-up targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training sessions.
- Ensure discipline, productivity, and adherence to real estate SOPs.
Lead Management & Conversion- Oversee inbound and outbound real estate leads across digital and channel sources.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate lead qualification.
- Improve lead-to-site visit and site visit-to-booking conversion ratios.
- Coordinate closely with sales and marketing teams.
Customer Experience & Escalations- Handle escalated customer interactions professionally.
- Maintain high customer experience standards from first call to site visit.
- Monitor call quality, scripts, and communication effectiveness.
Site Visit & Sales Coordination- Track and monitor daily site visit scheduling and execution.
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to sales teams.
- Support closures by sharing customer insights and feedback.
Reporting & Process Improvement- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track KPIs including calls, leads, site visits, and conversions.
- Implement CRM discipline and improve pre-sales processes.
Required Skills & Competencies- Proven leadership in real estate pre-sales operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi or Telugu.
- Strong understanding of the real estate sales lifecycle.
- Data-driven decision-making and reporting expertise.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Target-driven, process-oriented mindset.
Qualification & Experience- Education: Graduate / MBA preferred.
- Experience (Mandatory):
- 4+ years of experience strictly in real estate pre-sales / inside sales.
- Minimum 2+ years of team-handling experience in real estate.
Candidates without real estate experience will not be considered.
