Job Title: Cybersecurity Manager -Pre Sales
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient CyberSecurity Pre-Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in our continued growth.
Role Overview:
The CyberSecurity Pre-Sales Manager is a critical bridge between our sales team, technical delivery teams, and prospective and existing clients. This individual will be a trusted technical advisor, responsible for understanding client cybersecurity challenges, designing compelling solutions, and effectively articulating the value proposition of our offerings. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in a pre-sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify new business opportunities by conducting in-depth discovery sessions with clients to understand their current cybersecurity posture, business objectives, technical requirements, and pain points.
- Lead the technical design of complex, tailored cybersecurity solutions that align with client needs and industry best practices.
- Provide expert consultation on a wide range of cybersecurity domains including (but not limited to): Network Security (Firewalls, IPS/IDS, NAC), Endpoint Security (EDR, XDR, Antivirus), Cloud Security (CASB, CSPM, CWPP), Data Security (DLP, Encryption), Identity & Access Management (IAM, PAM), Security Operations (SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence), Vulnerability Management, Application Security, GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance).
- Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, technologies, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., CERT-In, ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS, NIST, CIS Controls).
- Interact and build rapport with concerned OEM teams for continuous support.
- Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, Bills of Material (BoMs), and responses to RFIs/RFPs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with proposed solutions.
- Respond to technical and functional product queries during the sales process.
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure coordination and smooth execution of sales processes.
- Monitor and Build Support team that can Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 5. To. 8 years a Consultant / Sr. Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity attack vectors, methodologies, and defensive strategies.
- Familiarity with security architecture principles and frameworks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.

- Relevant Product proficiency certificates
- CompTIA Security +
