Neoteric Group is looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Manager to build and lead our Inside Sales function for real estate projects. This is a high-impact role focused on improving lead qualification, strengthening follow-up systems, and driving higher sales conversions.
We are open to candidates from Real Estate, Life Insurance, Home Loans/Mortgage, High-Ticket EdTech, Automobile (Premium Segment), or other high-value consultative sales industries.
Role Overview:
The Pre-Sales Manager will own the complete pre-sales funnel from lead qualification to post-site visit follow-up ensuring high-quality site visits and stronger conversion support for the closing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Sales Coordinators / Inside Sales Executives
Design and implement structured need analysis and qualification framework
Improve site visit show-up rates and lead quality
Build and enforce a disciplined post-visit feedback and follow-up system
Track objections, lost reasons, and buyer intent levels in CRM
Monitor funnel metrics and conversion ratios
Work closely with Sales Heads to deliver high-intent, sales-ready customers
Conduct call audits and regular team training
Drive measurable improvement in visit-to-closure conversion

Qualified Lead Percentage
Hot Lead Creation
Improvement in Closure Conversion %
Ideal Candidate Profile:
58 years of experience in high-ticket consultative sales
Experience managing inside sales / pre-sales teams (minimum 45 members)
Strong understanding of need mapping, objection handling, and long sales cycles
Hands-on with CRM tracking and sales funnel reporting
Data-driven, disciplined, and process-oriented
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Compensation:
6.59 LPA fixed + performance-linked incentives
