Role Summary
Sales-oriented pre-sales leader responsible for driving, shaping, and closing managed services opportunities across Infrastructure, Software, and Application Support. Partners with Account Managers and Delivery to create outcome-based solutions with clear commercial and operational value.
Key Responsibilities
Drive pipeline growth and deal closure for Managed Services opportunities
Partner with Account Managers on account strategy, opportunity qualification, and pursuit execution
Lead client discovery and solutioning focused on measurable outcomes (cost, stability, scalability, experience)
Define managed services scope, operating models, SLAs, KPIs, and governance
Own commercials, pricing models, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and business cases
Experience creating pricing, cost models, and multi-year managed services proposals
Ability to engage with CXOs, IT leaders, and procurement teams
Ensure strong Sales-to-Delivery handover with accountability for committed outcomes
Ability to sell outcomes, not just services
Strong understanding of Infrastructure, Software, and Application Managed Services models
Expertise in managed services economics, pricing, and margin management
Executive-level client communication and value-based selling Experience & Skills
8+ years in IT services with strong Managed Services pre-sales or solutioning experience
Proven success in winning and closing managed services deals
Knowledge of ITIL, SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks
Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
