About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Presales Manager Account & Market Intelligence to support enterprise sales and growth initiatives, particularly within the Financial Services sector. This role plays a critical part in improving win rates, deal velocity, and account expansion by owning RFPs, proposals, account intelligence, and competitive insights. The Presales Manager will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams and act as a key partner during mid-to-late stage deal cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end development of RFP responses, proposals, SOWs, and executive pitch decks
  • Coordinate inputs from Sales, Delivery, Engineering, and Leadership to produce high-quality, differentiated submissions
  • Build deep account-based intelligence, including:
  • Client org structures and buying committees
  • Strategic initiatives and priorities
  • Expansion and cross-sell opportunities across business units
  • Support land-and-expand strategies within active and dormant client accounts
  • Develop and maintain market and competitive intelligence, including:
  • Industry trends (with emphasis on Financial Services)
  • Competitive positioning and differentiation
  • Emerging technologies and delivery models
  • Partner with Marketing to create and maintain:
  • Reusable proposal and RFP content libraries
  • Case studies and client success stories
  • Sales enablement and pitch assets
  • Establish structured presales processes, including intake, prioritization, and review cycles
  • Continuously improve presales assets based on win/loss insights and sales feedback
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Sales teams during critical deal stages

Qualifications

  • 78 years of experience in Presales, Sales Enablement, Solution Consulting, or a related role
  • Strong experience in technology services or consulting organizations
  • Proven hands-on experience building:
  • RFP responses
  • Proposals and SOWs
  • Client-facing presentations
  • Prior exposure to Financial Services clients is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

Required Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value
  • Experience with account-based selling or ABM environments
  • Strong analytical and research skills for market and account intelligence
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with Confluence, SharePoint, or similar content management tools
  • Exposure to sales engagement or market intelligence platforms
  • Prior experience supporting large enterprise or Fortune 500 deals
