Job Title:Pre-Sales Executive

Location: Thane (Project Site / HO) / Mumbai
Experience: 3+ years in Pre-Sales / Telecalling / Customer Handling / Sales Coordination
CTC: Up to ₹4.5 Lpa (Thane) / Up to ₹2.4Lpa - ₹3 Lpa (Mumbai)
Week Off: 6 week offs per month (Not for Mumbai location)
Role
The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and qualifying incoming leads, initiating client interactions, and supporting the sales team by ensuring a smooth transition of prospects for site visits and closures.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Qualification
- Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through various channels
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and interest
- Maintain accurate records of all leads and interactions in CRM
Customer Interaction
- Engage with prospective clients via calls, emails, and messages
- Provide detailed information about ongoing and upcoming projects
- Address initial queries related to pricing, location, amenities, and availability
Coordination with Sales Team
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for qualified leads
- Ensure smooth handover of leads to the closing (Direct Sales) team
- Follow up with prospects to ensure visit completion and interest level
Follow-ups & Conversion Support
- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads
- Track lead status and update conversion progress
- Support sales team in improving lead-to-visit and visit-to-closure ratios
Market & Product Awareness
- Stay updated on project details, pricing, and offers
- Understand competitor projects and basic market trends
