Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presales Executive located in Hyderabad. The Presales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, creating and delivering sales proposals, and collaborating closely with the sales team. Additional responsibilities include responding to RFPs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a seamless transition from the presales to the sales process.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Lead Generation and Sales processes
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in responding to RFPs and preparing proposals
  • Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in tools related to lead management and sales funnels is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
