Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with potential clients for site visits.
Assist customers in selecting suitable properties based on their needs.
Conduct property presentations and virtual tours if required.
Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support Unit Managers and Sales Managers in closing deals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary project details.
Requirements:
Freshers or up to 2 years of sales/telecalling experience.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Customer-oriented approach with a proactive attitude.
Knowledge of real estate is a plus but not mandatory.
Additional Requirements:
Candidates must be residing in Bangalore.
6 working days a week (Monday off).
Working hours: 11 AM 7.30 PM.
Immediate joining is preferred.
