Job Title:Pre-Sales Executive / Tele caller Real Estate
Location:Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Role & responsibilities:
Lead Management: Make outbound calls, qualify prospects, and generate interest in our projects.
Client Engagement: Present project details, address queries, and build strong client relationships.
Site Visit Coordination: Schedule and confirm client site visits (primarily weekends) and virtual presentations (weekdays).
Follow-Ups: Maintain regular contact with interested clients to drive conversions.
CRM & Reporting: Update all interactions in CRM, track leads, and share daily/weekly reports.
Collaboration & Targets: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover and achieve set targets
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or a similar presales role is preferred (Freshers can apply as well)
Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during calls.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
