Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Presales Executive. The Presales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, identifying prospective clients, and providing tailored real estate solutions. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, delivering presentations, and preparing responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposal). The role requires interacting with clients to understand their needs and proposing suitable properties to fulfill their requirements.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Lead Generation and RFP preparation to identify potential clients and provide customized solutions.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Sales skills with the ability to present and negotiate effectively to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in the real estate or sales industry is a plus.
