Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Executive, located in Pune. The Presales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and understanding their requirements. Daily tasks include responding to requests for proposals (RFPs), presenting tailored solutions, and coordinating with the sales team to support business development. Building strong customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Lead Generation and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales expertise with the ability to effectively present and promote solutions
  • Experience in handling RFPs and preparing compelling proposals
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and basic technical knowledge is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
