Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vasai Virar for a Presales Executive. In this role, you will manage lead generation activities, handle inquiries, and effectively communicate with prospective clients. You will play a pivotal role in converting leads into potential buyers through strategic sales approaches. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team, create high-quality RFPs, and ensure exceptional customer service experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in preparing and managing Requests for Proposals (RFP)
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in team-oriented settings
  • Proactive and results-driven approach to achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of the real estate sector is an advantage
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
