Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Presales Executive. The Presales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, handling customer inquiries, presenting product offerings, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes collaborating with sales teams on RFPs and consistently ensuring that prospective clients have a positive experience with the organization.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and the ability to identify and nurture potential clients
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients
  • Sales expertise, including presenting and explaining products to potential buyers
  • Ability to assist with RFP preparation and handle detailed documentation with accuracy
  • Customer Service skills with a focus on addressing client queries and ensuring satisfaction
  • Demonstrated ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market is a plus
  • Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
