Position: Presales Executive

Role Overview:

WeCommunities is seeking a proactive and results-driven Presales executive based in Bangalore to join our team. You will be responsible for generating leads, engaging clients, and to drive business growth. The ideal candidate must be comfortable making calls, handling client outreach, and converting leads into opportunities in the managed farms and housing sectors. You will utilize your excellent communication skills to build rapport, understand client needs, and provide them with valuable information about our model and offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication:Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate and qualify leads.
  • Relationship Building:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing their concerns, and following up on their inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Documentation:Manage sales pipelines and track progress using CRM tools.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with the sales team to close deals and meet targets.
  • Market Research:Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and enhance sales strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must be comfortable with tele calling and lead generation, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • At least six months of experience in inside sales or business development.
