Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and present suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of products and services.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales strategies and proposals.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Assist in the preparation of RFPs and RFIs, ensuring alignment with customer needs.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a presales or sales support role, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and IT services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
