Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of products and services.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales strategies and proposals.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Assist in the preparation of RFPs and RFIs, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a presales or sales support role, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of software solutions and IT services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
