Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Presales / Call Center Executives with experience in telecalling, customer interaction, lead generation, and follow-ups. Candidates from real estate, insurance, healthcare, spa & salon, or similar customer-facing industries are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Follow up with leads and qualify prospects
  • Explain products/services and generate customer interest
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team
  • Maintain lead records in CRM/software
  • Ensure timely customer responses and follow-ups
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Presales, Telecalling, Call Center, or Inside Sales
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Good customer handling and follow-up abilities
  • Basic CRM and computer knowledge
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
