Job Description

Responsibilities:

Tele Calling:

- Make Outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in real estate projects.

Follow up on existing leads and update the CRM system

Provide information about properties, projects and services to customers.

Qualify leads and setup appointments/Site Visits for sales teams.

Meet daily/weekly call targets

Meet or exceed monthly targets

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers

- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve queries/concerns

Product Knowledge:

- Develop in-depth knowledge of real estate projects, features, and benefits

- Effectively communicate the value proposition to customers

Pre Sales Reporting and Tracking:

- Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and customer interactions

- Provide regular sales reports and updates to Sales Head

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities
