Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Presales Executive. The Presales Executive will engage in generating and qualifying leads, managing customer interactions, and supporting sales processes. Responsibilities include responding to requests for proposals (RFPs), preparing presentations, and maintaining continuous communication with potential clients to provide excellent customer service and ensure client needs are met effectively.

Qualifications
  • Skills in Lead Generation and expertise in identifying potential business opportunities
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to build relationships and address client needs
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques and experience in responding to RFPs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with a focus on achieving targets
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
