Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team by handling initial client interactions, qualifying leads, and assisting in the conversion process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads
  • Understand customer requirements and explain company services
  • Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Excel
  • Follow up with interested prospects
  • Handle basic customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills (English Required)
  • Confident and presentable personality
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience in telecalling / customer support / sales

Working Details:

  • Working Days: 6 Days
  • Timing: 10:30 AM 7:30 PM
  • Weekly Off: Sunday
