Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team by handling initial client interactions, qualifying leads, and assisting in the conversion process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads
- Understand customer requirements and explain company services
- Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Excel
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Handle basic customer queries and provide accurate information
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication skills (English Required)
- Confident and presentable personality
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Experience in telecalling / customer support / sales
Working Details:
- Working Days: 6 Days
- Timing: 10:30 AM 7:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
