About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven freshers to join our Pre-Sales team. This role involves supporting the sales function by understanding customer requirements, preparing presentations and demos, and assisting in solution design. It is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in technology and client-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
• Participating in client meetings and requirement-gathering discussions
• Support in responding to RFPs and RFIs
• Provide product and solution overviews to prospective customers
• Coordinate with technical teams to design suitable solutions
• Conduct basic research on market trends and competitors
• Maintain documentation of client interactions and requirements

Required Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of IT concepts (Networking, Cloud, APIs; Cybersecurity is a plus)
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Confidence in interacting with clients

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of IAM, Cybersecurity, or SaaS solutions
• Familiarity with tools like Postman, AWS, or CRM platforms
• Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech), BCA, MCA, or related field
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
