Job Title: Presales Executive
Location: Hyderabad

Required LanguagesKey Responsibilities- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
- Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate product/service information.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.
- Follow up with potential clients to understand requirements and convert them into qualified leads.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to schedule meetings or demos.
- Maintain call logs, lead status, and daily/weekly reports.
Required Skills & Experience- Strong communication skills in Hindi, Tamil, English, and Kannada.
- Prior experience in BPO, telesales, or outbound calling roles.
- Good understanding of CRM tools and lead management.
- Ability to handle client queries professionally and efficiently.
- Strong persuasion, follow-up, and customer handling skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications- Any graduate/postgraduate (preferred).
- 03 years of experience in presales, outbound calling, or BPO/customer support roles.
