Presales Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site Presales Engineer position based in Surat. The role involves providing technical support during the sales process, collaborating with the sales team to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions. The Presales Engineer will be responsible for system integration, security solutions, and creating technical presentations or proposals. Collaboration with clients to ensure the alignment of solutions with their business objectives is also a key aspect of the role.

• Experience in Technical Support and offering hands-on assistance with system implementation
• Proficiency in Presales and Sales processes, including developing proposals and customer engagement
• Knowledge in Security solutions and system Integration
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Familiarity with networking, CCTV, and fire safety systems is a plus
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in an on-site setting
