About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven NetSuite Pre-Sales and Delivery Manager to join our growing NetSuite practice. This role blends strategic solutioning, hands-on project delivery, and team leadership. You'll be responsible for driving successful client engagements from the initial discovery and solution design to on-time, quality implementation and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Solutioning:
- Engage with prospects to understand their business processes, challenges, and transformation goals.
- Lead product demonstrations, solution presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions for potential clients.
- Partner with the Sales team to craft tailored proposals, SOWs, and effort estimates.
- Define high-level solution architecture and map business needs to NetSuite functionality.
- Support RFPs and contribute to proposal strategy and deal closure.
Project Delivery & Leadership:
- Lead and manage end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects ensuring scope, timelines, and quality are met.
- Oversee project teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure smooth communication across functions.
- Drive best practices in configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
- Act as the single point of contact for clients during the entire project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide functional and technical consultants to strengthen overall delivery capability.
Practice Development:
- Contribute to developing frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Stay current with NetSuite releases and updates, bringing innovation into project delivery.
- Collaborate with leadership to scale the NetSuite practice and improve delivery excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in ERP consulting, with at least 3 years focused on NetSuite delivery or project leadership.
- Proven experience in pre-sales, solutioning, and managing full-cycle NetSuite implementations.
- In-depth understanding of core NetSuite modules Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, and CRM.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant) or PMP / Prince2 certification will be an advantage.
