Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced resource who can collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs, demonstrating technical solutions, creating customized proposals, and acting as a liaison between sales and technical teams to ensure successful transitions from presales to implementation.

Technical Skills:

  • Actively engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges, technical requirements, and goals
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Develop and present technical solutions that address customer needs and align with company offerings.
  • Create customized proposals, presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations.
  • Possess a strong understanding of IT technologies, products, and services.
  • Provide technical support to sales teams and customers throughout the sales process.
  • Answer technical questions, resolve technical issues, and provide guidance on product capabilities.
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Present technical briefings to executives and other stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Continuously learn and improve technical skills and knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with specific technologies or platforms relevant to the company's offerings.
  • Relevant experience in IT sales, consulting, or technical roles.
  • Experience in pre-sales or solution engineering roles is a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, understand customer needs, and develop tailored solutions.
  • Create sales pitches for the sales team. Assist the sales team in qualifying potential customers.
  • Analyze market potential before launching any product or service
  • Cross selling/upselling our cyber security portfolio to our existing client base
  • Generating new business leads via extensive networking and relationship development
