What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a skilled Privileged Access Management (PAM) / Identity Access Management (IAM) Consultant with strong cybersecurity expertise, particularly in privileged access management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in securing sensitive data by effectively managing and governing privileged access environments.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Conduct assessments of existing PAM environments, identify vulnerabilities, and provide detailed analysis for continuous improvement.
- Possess deep hands-on experience with PAM solutions such as CyberArk, Thycotic, BeyondTrust, or similar tools.
- Work with technologies including Active Directory, LDAP, IAM frameworks, and network security concepts.
- Have familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Perform Privileged Access Management functions to ensure secure access to critical systems and sensitive data.
- Execute user and privilege access administration activities in compliance with defined security policies and procedures.
- Ensure high availability of PAM services and resolve service-related issues in a timely manner.
- Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to the PAM team.
- Regularly report the status of PAM initiatives and activities to senior IAM leadership.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including on-prem and cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot PAM-related issues and implement effective, scalable solutions.
- Bring a minimum of 5+ years of experience working with industry-leading PAM solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, etc.
- Have a strong background in Information Security and/or Identity & Access Management.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team during pre-sales and sales activities, including Proof of Concepts (PoCs), demos, and technical presentations.
- Understand client business requirements and challenges, and propose customized PAM solutions aligned to their needs.
