Job Description

Position:Presales Consultant - Enterprise

Location:Nagpur/Pune/Chennai/Bangalore

Type of Employment:Full-Time

Purpose of the Position:As a Presales Consultant, you will work closely with sales, delivery, and practice teams to understand customer business needs and challenges through discovery sessions and RFPs. You will deliver strategic, industry competitive solution pitches and proposals. This role offers an opportunity to learn, grow, and influence the Infocepts revenue trajectory, while interacting with clients and prospects and representing Infocepts in industry forums through participation and presentations.

Key Result Areas and Activities:

Client Engagement and Solutioning:

  • Act as a single point of contact to coordinate and drive all new leads, both existing and new customers.
  • Lead early stage client interactions including problem framing, solution design, and scoping.
  • Meet prospects and participate in pre bid meetings to understand user requirements and define proposal response strategy.
  • Translate business problems into technical solutions and vice versa, ensuring clarity and alignment.

Proposal Development and Bid Management:

  • Demonstrate thought leadership by identifying win themes and creating differentiated solution pitches that clearly articulate value.
  • Manage proposal response end to end including bid management, proposal development, submission, orals, closure, win loss analysis, and artifact cataloging.
  • Craft high quality proposals, solution documents, and effort estimations.
  • Respond to RFPs and RFIs with well structured and competitive solutions.

Thought Leadership and Workshops:

  • Conduct client workshops, demos, and presentations to showcase InfoCepts capabilities.
  • Deliver impactful business and technical presentations to clients at all levels.
  • Attend trade shows and partner events including pre event outreach and post event follow up.
  • Provide market and competitive intelligence on a periodic basis.

Collaboration and Delivery Alignment:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Practices, and Delivery teams to create winning proposals, estimates, and commercials.
  • Ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
  • Ensure smooth transition between presales technical work and post sales delivery.
  • Enhance presales process frameworks and templates to improve response quality and timelines.
  • Create sales collateral including presentations, demos, scripts, and tools for sales teams.
