Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will play a key role in driving the sales process by providing technical expertise, crafting tailored solutions, and delivering compelling product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Responsibilities

Solution Development: Understand client needs and requirements to develop customised solutions using Chat360's product offerings.

Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle. Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and effective product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Chat360's solutions.

Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFPs, and other sales documents.

Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their business challenges and presenting tailored solutions.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless handover from pre-sales to implementation.

Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights during the sales process.

Feedback Loop: Gather and relay client feedback to the product team for continuous improvement of Chat360's offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 35 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Consulting (preferably SaaS or B2B tech).
  • Strong understanding of Chatbots, Conversational AI, and Gen AI-based solutions.
  • Good technical knowledge of software integrations, APIs, and automation workflows.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to convert client requirements into effective, scalable technical solutions.
