The Presales APM position involves working closely with the sales team to identify client needs and provide tailored APM solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to drive product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and support the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals and documentation.
  • Engage with clients to gather requirements and feedback for product improvements.
  • Support the sales team in closing deals by providing technical expertise and insights.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in presales, technical sales, or a related field.
  • Dynatrace Implementation / POC - Must have
  • Presales - Good to have
  • Other APM (like AppD / DataDog / Splunk / Elastic / ELK) - Good to have
