Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a professional in Preparative High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) at LAXAI Life Sciences, located in Hyderabad. The responsibilities include managing preparative HPLC techniques for purification of pharmaceutical intermediates and compounds, optimizing methods for purification processes, and ensuring high-quality standards for final products. The candidate will be expected to perform routine maintenance of the equipment, analyze data outputs, troubleshoot challenges, and adhere to regulatory, safety, and environmental compliance. Collaboration across teams to meet projects quality and timelines is an integral aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of preparative HPLC techniques, analytical HPLC, and related purification methodologies
  • Experience with method development, troubleshooting, and optimization of separation processes
  • Understanding of synthetic and medicinal chemistry principles for the analysis and separation of small molecules
  • Ability to perform data analysis, documentation, and create detailed scientific reports
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliances, safety standards, and best practices in lab operations
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset for team-oriented projects
  • Prior experience in working with pharmaceutical intermediates or similar compounds is an advantage
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline
