Job Description

We are a leading fintech organization providing digital payment solutions and financial services. The company focuses on helping merchants grow their business through secure and innovative payment products and value-added services.

Role Overview:

As a Premium Account Executive (Field Sales), you will be responsible for acquiring new merchants, managing existing merchant relationships, and driving business growth in your assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end EDC/POS requirements for the assigned area
  • Onboard new merchants based on their transaction volume and business potential
  • Generate leads through cold calling and field visits, especially targeting premium stores
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants
  • Provide regular servicing and onboard merchants for additional value-added services
  • Manage key accounts to ensure long-term association
  • Track and report competitor activities in the assigned area

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduation or higher qualification
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation ability
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B or B2C sales
  • Experience in selling financial products (POS/EDC, credit cards, insurance, etc.) is a plus
