Role Overview:
As a Premium Account Executive (Field Sales), you will be responsible for acquiring new merchants, managing existing merchant relationships, and driving business growth in your assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end EDC/POS requirements for the assigned area
- Onboard new merchants based on their transaction volume and business potential
- Generate leads through cold calling and field visits, especially targeting premium stores
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants
- Provide regular servicing and onboard merchants for additional value-added services
- Manage key accounts to ensure long-term association
- Track and report competitor activities in the assigned area
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduation or higher qualification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation ability
- Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B or B2C sales
- Experience in selling financial products (POS/EDC, credit cards, insurance, etc.) is a plus
