Role Description

This is a remote, full-time role for a Precast Modeler and Detailer. The responsibilities include creating detailed precast concrete models and shop drawings using advanced BIM and CAD tools. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams, interpret architectural and structural designs, and ensure all outputs meet project and industry specifications. This role also involves coordinating with clients, resolving detailing challenges, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM and CAD software, with a focus on precast concrete modeling and detailing
• Understanding of Architectural, Structural, and MEP design principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting designs and resolving discrepancies
• Attention to detail and expertise in producing accurate shop drawings and construction documents
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and liaise with clients
• Ability to manage workloads effectively in a remote work environment
• Experience in the construction or engineering industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields is beneficial
