Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct software product demos and presentations to senior stakeholders, including CXO-level clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support client acquisition through product understanding and solution positioning
  • Create compelling product decks, presentations, proposals, and USP pitches tailored to client needs
  • Perform competitive analysis, market research, and analytics reporting to aid positioning and pricing strategies
  • Understand and explain software features, integrations, and benefits with a strong grasp of the product roadmap
  • Support pre-sales lifecycle from qualification to solution fitment and technical alignment
  • Stay updated with digital media trends and be able to incorporate digital touchpoints in the customer journey
  • Liaise with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Tech) to relay customer feedback and ensure alignment
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all client-facing pre-sales documentation

Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in software sales or pre-sales is a must
  • Exposure to HIMS (Hospital Information Management Systems) or the healthcare industry is desirable
  • Strong communication skills – both oral and written, with confidence to engage CXOs and decision-makers
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to create and interpret reports, dashboards, and competitor benchmarks
  • Familiarity with digital tools, platforms, and media usage
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi and South Indian languages is an added advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently as part of the role
