Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Pre-Sales Associate, based in Bengaluru. The Pre-Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored solutions to address their real estate needs. Duties include initial customer interactions, providing product and service information, addressing queries, and aligning client expectations with company offerings. Collaboration with internal teams and occasional work from home opportunities are also part of this role.

• Experience in Consulting to understand client needs and recommend personalized real estate solutions.
• Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for clients.
• Insight into Presales processes to effectively address client inquiries and support sales efforts.
• Knowledge of the real estate market or relevant industry experience is advantageous.
• Proactive approach and ability to work efficiently in a hybrid work environment.
