Requirement
5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with at least 4 years in a pre-sales or client-facing solutioning role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce core products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical solutions.
- Proficiency with Salesforce configuration tools (e.g., Flows, Reports/Dashboards).
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience collaborating with solution architects and developers to shape proposals and delivery plans
- Experience with proposal writing, SOWs, and sales processes.
- Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks and basic understanding of Jira or similar tools
- Familiarity with integration concepts and AppExchange solutions is a plus.
