Job Description

Requirement

5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with at least 4 years in a pre-sales or client-facing solutioning role.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce core products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical solutions.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce configuration tools (e.g., Flows, Reports/Dashboards).
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience collaborating with solution architects and developers to shape proposals and delivery plans
  • Experience with proposal writing, SOWs, and sales processes.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks and basic understanding of Jira or similar tools
  • Familiarity with integration concepts and AppExchange solutions is a plus.

Salesforce Administrator (required)

Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant (a plus)

Salesforce Platform App Builder (a plus)

Additional cloud certifications (Marketing Cloud, CPQ, etc.) are advantageouslls
