Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Pre-Sales role based in Bhubaneswar. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, providing product insights, creating tailored solutions, and effectively communicating value propositions. The Pre-Sales representative will collaborate with the sales team to drive conversions, support client inquiries, and enhance the customer journey.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and manage client relationships effectively
  • Experience in Consulting and Presales, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and business development
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
