Role Overview
We are looking for a project manager – pre-sales who will act as a bridge between sales, technical teams, and clients. This is a revenue-supporting role, responsible for solutioning, estimations, documentation, and smooth transitions from pre-sales to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to understand client requirements
- Analyze business needs and propose suitable IT / automation solutions
- Prepare project estimations, cost breakdowns, timelines, and proposals
- Lead requirement-gathering discussions and client onboarding sessions
- Create and review FRD, BRD, RFP, SOW, and project charters
- Coordinate seamless handover from pre-sales to delivery teams
- Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding and early execution
- Support proposal presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs
- Ensure accuracy in estimations and feasibility analysis
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Proposal to project conversion rate
- Accuracy of cost and effort estimations
- Timely and successful client onboarding
- Client satisfaction during early project stages
- Quality and completeness of documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology
- 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management / Pre-Sales / SaaS delivery
- Strong understanding of IT services, SaaS products, and automation platforms
- Proven experience in project estimation and proposal creation
- Excellent client communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
- PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification preferred (not mandatory)
