Role Overview

We are looking for a project manager – pre-sales who will act as a bridge between sales, technical teams, and clients. This is a revenue-supporting role, responsible for solutioning, estimations, documentation, and smooth transitions from pre-sales to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to understand client requirements
  • Analyze business needs and propose suitable IT / automation solutions
  • Prepare project estimations, cost breakdowns, timelines, and proposals
  • Lead requirement-gathering discussions and client onboarding sessions
  • Create and review FRD, BRD, RFP, SOW, and project charters
  • Coordinate seamless handover from pre-sales to delivery teams
  • Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding and early execution
  • Support proposal presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs
  • Ensure accuracy in estimations and feasibility analysis

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Proposal to project conversion rate
  • Accuracy of cost and effort estimations
  • Timely and successful client onboarding
  • Client satisfaction during early project stages
  • Quality and completeness of documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management / Pre-Sales / SaaS delivery
  • Strong understanding of IT services, SaaS products, and automation platforms
  • Proven experience in project estimation and proposal creation
  • Excellent client communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
  • PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification preferred (not mandatory)
