Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Pre-Sales Specialist to join our team on-site in Chennai. The role involves engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, providing tailored consultation, and presenting solutions that align with their requirements. Responsibilities include preparing sales proposals, conducting product demonstrations, supporting customer inquiries, and collaborating with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Proficiency in Consulting and Presales to provide comprehensive and customized solutions
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess client requirements and propose appropriate strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a client-first mindset
• Experience in the elevator or home automation industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
