Job Description

As the Pre-Sales Lead for the Provider domain, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by supporting the sales team with technical and domain expertise. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to design tailored solutions for healthcare providers, articulate value propositions, and showcase the organization's capabilities. Your deep understanding of the provider domain will help bridge the gap between client needs and product offerings, ensuring the successful delivery of impactful proposals and demonstrations.

  • Lead the development of responses to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring alignment with client requirements
  • Draft and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and documentation tailored to the provider domain
  • Highlight competitive differentiators and industry-specific use cases in client-facing materials
  • Stay updated on trends, regulations, and challenges within the healthcare provider domain (e.g., value-based care, EMR/EHR integration, patient engagement, and telehealth).
  • Proven track record of supporting successful sales in the provider space (e.g., hospitals, clinics, health systems).

Expertise in solution architecture, system integrations, and data interoperability in healthcare
