About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Pre-Sales Executive to drive business growth by engaging with leads on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Calls: Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to introduce Pixelhyp's products and services, understand client needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their marketing and communication challenges.
- Qualify leads by making phone calls and sending emails, update records, and attend meetings
- Take regular follow-ups with clients to ensure a smooth sales process and address any concerns.
- Sales Targets: Work towards meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets, contributing to the overall sales growth and revenue generation of Pixelhyp.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports, including daily call logs, weekly work plans, and monthly analysis.
- Stay updated on new trends in Branding and digital engagement.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving sales targets and fostering business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in pre-sales, business development, or consultative sales, preferably in a digital marketing, advertising agency.
- Strong knowledge of the Indian marketing landscape, including CRM, loyalty programs, digital messaging, and customer engagement strategies.
- Exceptional command of the English language (written and verbal) and regional languages like Hindi and Marathi will be preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client interactions.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, CRM tools, and sales automation software.
