We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to manage and qualify inbound leads while supporting the overall sales process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in pre-sales, lead qualification, customer engagement, and CRM management, with a strong understanding of the customer journey and sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify inbound leads received through various channels such as website inquiries, campaigns, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Understand customer requirements, business challenges, and assess potential opportunities.
- Conduct initial discussions, discovery conversations, and need assessment calls with prospective customers.
- Identify qualified opportunities and route them to the appropriate sales team members for further engagement.
- Maintain accurate lead data, follow-up activities, and customer interactions in CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover and tracking.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects through timely communication and follow-ups.
- Track lead status, conversion progress, and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Support the sales team in improving lead qualification processes and customer engagement strategies.
Experience & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Lead Qualification, or Customer Engagement roles.
- UG or PG degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience working with CRM tools such as HubSpot is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and communicate solutions effectively.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
