CTC: 2.5 -- 4 LPA + Performance Incentive | 1-2 Years Experience

About the Role

Clion Care is a hair transplant clinic chain across Gujarat. People reach out to us at a vulnerable point -- dealing with hair loss and looking for real answers. You are the first voice they hear.

This is not scripted tele-calling. You will have real conversations, handle real objections, and convert inquiries into consultations. If you have done sales or customer handling before and are ready to operate at a higher level, this is for you.

What You Own

Handle inbound inquiries over calls and WhatsApp -- respond fast, build trust, qualify the lead

Schedule consultations and ensure the patient actually shows up

Follow up persistently with prospects who have not yet decided

Manage 10 to 15 active leads daily -- no lead goes cold without a follow-up

Maintain accurate records in CRM and tracking sheets

Skills We Are Looking For

Natural spoken communication in English and Hindi

Working English for written documentation

Comfortable on WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and basic CRM tools

Handles objections without going quiet or defensive

Empathetic with sensitive topics -- you listen before you talk

Tracks own numbers without being asked

Who Fits

6 months to 1.5 years in inside sales, tele-sales, or direct customer handling

You have spoken to real customers, handled pushback, and followed a conversion process

Healthcare or wellness background preferred -- not mandatory if attitude is right

Someone who reads from a script and freezes on unexpected questions

Someone who marks a lead dead after one unanswered call

Freshers with no prior sales or customer handling experience
