Key Functions:

• Attending incoming calls, making outgoing follow up calls, smart presentable, good communication skills
• Purpose: Inform existing and potential customers about the brand activities through phone calls, emails and SMS

Job description:

• Attend incoming calls and make outgoing calls to inform and update customers
• Present data correctly and attend all customers on time and with courtesy
• Good communication skills. Should be proficient in Marathi, Hindi and English (verbal written)
• Should be able to converse fluently on phone, understand customer requirements and pitch appropriately
• Should be follow processes, ensure systematic follow-up with the customer to achieve time bound targets
• Should be able to work with the team to achieve targets and should take measures to address customer queries
• Should represent the company in a positive light
