Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Pre-Sales Executive. The Pre-Sales Executive will engage with potential students, understand their needs, and effectively promote Syndicate Academy's training programs. Their day-to-day responsibilities will include generating leads, conducting initial consultations, providing program information, building strong client relationships, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead management and conversions.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with prospective students and explain programs effectively
- Sales, pre-sales, or customer-oriented experience, with strong consultative and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge or interest in the stock market and financial education
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, basic Microsoft Office applications, and email tools
- Team player mindset, ability to work collaboratively, and goal-driven focus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple prospects
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred
