Role Description:
We are looking for a motivatedPre-Sales Executiveto support our sales team in achieving business growth. The candidate willbe responsible forlead qualification, client communication, preparing proposals, andassistingin the sales process from inquiry to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assistthe sales team in understanding client requirements and preparing customized proposals.
- Conduct initial client calls, explain products/services, and schedule meetings or demos.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for quotations or tenders.
- Maintain and update CRM withaccurateclient and lead information.
- Support in preparing presentations, product demonstrations, and documentation.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, or references.
- Assistin market research and competitor analysis toidentifybusiness opportunities.
- Ensuretimelycommunication and smooth coordination between clients and the sales team.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Experience 1-2 years as a Sales Executive
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, orrelatedfield.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Good understanding of sales processes and customerhandling.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM experience preferred).
- Proficiencyin MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Quick learner with a customer-centric mindset.
