Associate Pre-Sales (Real Estate)

Designation: Associate Pre-Sales

Experience: 02 years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Pune (On-site)

Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through outbound and inbound telephone calls to generate and qualify leads.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about real estate projects, offers, and brand promotions.
  • Follow up with prospects via calls and emails to build relationships and collect feedback.
  • Convince and schedule site visits for prospective customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and update the CRM system on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Track personal performance and work towards achieving assigned targets.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Generate high-quality leads through online platforms, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Client Engagement: Understand client requirements including budget, preferences, and timelines through effective communication.
  • CRM & Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date lead data in the CRM system.
  • Sales Collaboration: Support the sales team with relevant lead insights and follow-ups.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Prepare reports on lead conversion, analyze trends, and suggest improvements.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve pre-sales processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (BA or equivalent).
  • Experience: 02 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or customer engagement (real estate preferred but not mandatory).
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is mandatory.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to follow scripts, processes, and instructions accurately.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office is an advantage.
