We are a real estate company working on residential and commercial projects in Hyderabad. Our focus is on giving customers the best property options with good value.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to connect with customers, explain our projects, and help them with site visits and queries. You will be responsible for generating leads and supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Talk to customers through calls, walk-ins, and online leads.
  • Understand customer needs (budget, location, property type).
  • Share details of projects clearly and confidently.
  • Arrange and follow up on site visits.
  • Keep proper records of leads and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Work towards monthly targets with the sales team.

Requirements:

  • 12 years of experience in real estate sales or pre-sales (preferred).
  • Good communication in English, Telugu, or Hindi.
  • Friendly, confident, and motivated to achieve targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, emails).
  • Willing to travel for site visits.
