Job Overview

DS-MAX Properties Pvt. Ltd. is hiring energetic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executives to support our Channel Sales team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in real estate sales and channel management in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for channel partner and customer leads
  • Qualify leads and coordinate with Channel Sales / Site Sales teams
  • Schedule and track site visits and follow-ups
  • Support onboarding and engagement of channel partners
  • Maintain lead data, call logs, and CRM updates
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead closures
  • Ensure a smooth and positive experience for customers and channel partners
  • Eligibility & Skills Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply
  • Strong verbal communication and coordination skills
  • Willingness to learn pre-sales, CRM handling, and real estate processes
  • Target-oriented and proactive approach
  • Real estate exposure is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Important Note

Face-to-face interview in Bengaluru is mandatory

  • 6-day work week; public holiday working applicable
