Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-Sales Executive, based in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi The responsibilities include identifying potential leads, conducting market research, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. The Pre-Sales Executive will assist in preparing proposals, scheduling product demonstrations, and collaborating with sales teams to create effective strategies to convert leads into clients. This role also requires maintaining customer relationships and providing pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Market research, lead generation, and client needs analysis abilities
  • Understanding of investment platforms and financial services, with an advantage for prior experience in real estate or the financial sector
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office software
  • Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a keen interest in sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with a preference for candidates with relevant pre-sales experience
