Job Description: Pre-Sales Executive Luxury Villas

Role Overview
The Pre-Sales Executive plays a key role in supporting the luxury villas sales team by managing lead qualification, initial customer engagement, project presentation, and coordination between potential buyers and the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and a customer-centric approach to ensure a seamless buying experience for high-value clients. The budget for this position is up to 30,000 per month, and immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Qualification
- Handle and respond to all incoming inquiries from digital channels, property portals, walk-ins, and referral networks.
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, location preferences, and purchase intent.
- Maintain and update the lead database in CRM with complete accuracy.
2. Customer Engagement
- Conduct the first level of interaction with potential buyers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
- Provide detailed information on villa features, pricing, layouts, amenities, location benefits, and project highlights.
- Share brochures, floor plans, videos, and 3D walkthrough links as needed.
3. Project Presentation
- Provide a strong virtual pitch to prospective buyers and explain the value proposition of luxury villa ownership.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for smooth client handover.
- Assist clients with documentation, pre-booking details, and villa customization options (if applicable).
4. Coordination & Support
- Work closely with Sales Managers to ensure high-potential leads are followed up effectively.
- Ensure timely follow-ups for site visit confirmations, pricing discussions, and booking updates.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaign feedback, lead quality, and customer insights.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead status, conversion ratios, and customer interactions.
- Track sales funnel movement and identify bottlenecks.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling premium client data.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong presentation and persuasion abilities
- Professional attitude suitable for dealing with HNI & UHNI clients
- Knowledge of real estate or luxury segment preferred
- Ability to understand architectural layouts and explain them
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, LeadSquare, or similar)
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills
- Customer-centric approach with high attention to detail
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- 13 years of experience in pre-sales, real estate, hospitality, or customer engagement roles
- Experience in luxury sales (real estate, hospitality, automobiles, etc.) is an added advantage

Work Environment
- Office-based role with coordination for on-site visits
- Requires working on weekends/holidays (based on client schedules) with weekly offs provided per company policy
